Energy Division (ED) is a strategic pillar of Alfa Laval Adriatic to achieve our growth ambition for the coming years. We are looking the Head of Energy Division for Adriatic region.

The Adriatic Sales Company is looking for an Energy Divisional Manager based on our Monza Site.

About the job

In your role you will be:

  • Accountable for achieving and sustaining profitable growth for the Energy Division (ED) fully aligned with Sales Company targets through the effective and efficient deployment of both human and capital resources.
  • Lead the formulation and execution of the divisional business strategy ensuring full alignment with the Alfa Laval Group strategy and the Adriatic Sales Company strategic direction.
  • Develop and nurture strong hunter profiles and mindset ensuring continuous competence growth in valuebased selling and P&A knowledge while driving sales efficiency across the organization
  • Serve as a member of the Alfa Laval Management Team and the Southern Europe Cluster ED Management Team reporting directly to the Managing Director of Alfa Laval this role you will lead develop and secure a highperforming divisional team (20 people) fostering a culture consistent with Alfa Laval values and driving excellence across the organization.

Your main activities will be:

  • Develop and implement the Adriatic strategy fully aligned with the Global Sales & Service (GSS) strategy with a dedicated focus on accelerating the growth of the Energy Division (ED) business.
  • Collaborate closely with central and regional ED business units ensuring strategic consistency and effective integration of global and local initiatives across Alfa Laval.
  • Analyze the market and define marketing and business strategies ensuring their effective execution to support growth and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets continuously monitoring performance against objectives and key financial targets.
  • Design and develop an effective organizational structure aligned with market potential and the strategic needs of the division.
  • Lead the Sales teams providing clear strategic direction ensuring execution excellence and driving the changemanagement initiatives required to adapt to evolving market conditions.
  • Develop motivate and coach direct reports ensuring the growth of critical competencies within the division and acting as a true coach of the coaches.
  • Promote and reinforce the Be One culture fostering collaboration synergy and a strong sense of shared purpose across the division and the broader organization.

What you know

  • You have an Engineering bachelors degree or similar.
  • 7 years working as Sales Manager in managerial positions.
  • You have previous experience in industrial company (O&G and Energy is an advantage)
  • You are fluent in both Italian and English.
