Responsibilities
- Opening and closing contracts for dealer courtesy transportation units.
- Review Loaner agreement and rules with customers prior to use.
- Familiarize with General Motor Guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Create Lyft and Shuttle reservations for customers as needed.
- Maintaining organization of Courtesy Transportation Fleet for use
- Assist with various clerical duties as needed (filing phonesetc.)
- Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for communicating efficiently
Qualifications
- CDK experience preferred not required
- Positive attitude can-do mentality confident outgoing personality eagerness to improve
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends
