Job Summary
Machine Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm
Pay:$21/ hour- weekly pay
Location:Waterville OH
Responsibilities:
- Assemble Industrial Machines and large generators
- Will be fitting pieces piping running wire light welding etc.
- Will be taking pieces and parts to stage the job and assemble together based off blueprints to build furnaces.
- Assemble mechanical components sub-assemblies and complete machines per blueprints schematics and work instructions.
- Perform MIG/TIG welding and basic fabrication work including cutting grinding and fitting metal components.
- Wire electrical panels sensors motors and control systems according to electrical schematics.
- Test and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to ensure proper function before delivery.
- Interpret technical drawings schematics and assembly instructions accurately.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools precision measuring instruments and material handling equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering quality control and production teams to resolve issues during assembly.
Requirements:
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
- Have 2-3 years experience with machine assembly/ Maintenance
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- 2-3 years experience with electrical wiring pipe fitting and welding preferred
