Job Summary
EMCOR Government Services is seeking a talented Service Order Manager (SOM) a bid proposal for a large healthcare government healthcare facilities at Fort Bragg NC.The Service Order Manager will oversee and coordinate all assigned projects. The SOMs main responsibility is managing Service Orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage service orders
- Oversee all subcontractors hire to perform work.
- Obtain quotes for government requested work.
- Ensure proper scopes of work are provided for any approved requested work.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to read write speak and understand English.
- Must have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Must have experience managing service orders.
- Must have experience obtaining quotes for government requested work and ensuring proper scopes of work are provided for approved requested work.
