Site Engineer

Our company, a leading construction firm in the heart of the city, is seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Site Engineer, you will play a vital role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site

- Prepare and implement project plans and ensure compliance with regulations

- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee work quality and safety standards

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues

- Manage project documentation and report progress to stakeholders

- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

- Proven experience in construction site management

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently

- Proficient in project management software and MS Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional Engineer (PE) license

- OSHA certification

- Experience with budget management and cost control
