As a Principal ProductManagerAI Community at Adobe you will have the outstanding opportunity to develop the future of AI and creativity! We are looking for an ambitious product leader to lead our AI Thought Leadership initiatives and connect with a dynamic community.
Responsibilities:
Define and take responsibility for the product vision strategy and roadmap for Adobes AI Thought Leadership Portal guaranteeing a seamless delivery from concept to optimization
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of flagship research initiatives including quarterly user surveys and the Annual AI Index
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering Design and Content teams to build and refine thought leadership products
Architect and coordinate the entire content production pipeline from ideation to publication
Develop and manage a content strategy that aligns with industry trends and developments
Establish andmaintaina publishing calendar to ensuretimelyand relevant content
Track success metrics and align them with broader business goals
Coordinate with internal collaborators in Product Marketing Corporate Communications Legal and Research
Use AI-assisted development tools for rapid prototyping and workflow automation
Continuously refine content strategies based on community feedback and engagement data.

We seek a candidate with strong product instincts and deep knowledge of the AI landscape. Proventrack recordof shipping digital products and understand the intricacies of content publishing and research operations. You are strategic but hands-on able to prototype solutions and drive initiatives to completion. Credibility in AI conversations is essential whether through building AI-powered products or engaging with AI communities.
To thrive in this role you should:
BA/BS Degree preferred OR 8 years of program or product management experience OR equivalent practical experience.
8 years of program or product management experience with at least 3 years leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
Be known for your ability to successfully implement and complete projects
Think systematically to build scalable processes andanticipatedownstream effects
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical collaborators
Use data to define and measure success avoiding reliance on intuition alone
Demonstrateproficiencyin AI-assisted coding tools for prototyping and workflow automation
Stay informed about AI developments and activelyparticipatein AI communities
In California the pay range for this position is $194800 - $282100 In New York the pay range for this position is $194800 - $282100
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
