What Youll Do
- Financial Planning: Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes with a strong emphasis on P&L and Cost analysis.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of variances between actual performance and forecasted metrics providing actionable insights to management.
- Collaboration: Partner with FP&A Demand Planning Inbound Controllership and Commercial teams to ensure accurate tracking of P&L lines and alignment on financial objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards highlighting key performance indicators and trends to facilitate strategic discussions.
- Scenario Analysis: Assess various financial scenarios to aid in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and reporting methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications :

- 4 years of experience in financial analysis preferably within the consumer goods industry or a related field.
- Looking for a detail-oriented Sr Analyst to join our Brand Finance team.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning and analysis focusing on cost forecasting variance analysis and collaboration across multiple departments.
- This position is crucial for providing insights that drive strategic decision-making in the business.
- Proficiency in financial modeling forecasting techniques and advanced Excel.
- Familiarity with Oracle System is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and synthesize insights for business strategies.
