This position is temporary for 12-18 months. Hiring range for this position is $60000 to $75000 depending on qualifications and experience.

As our new Health Informatics Coordinator you will:
- Build and maintain programs and dashboards optimize data collection integrity and reports for improved analysis
- Lead in the development of workflow solutions that will streamline workflow management enabling enhanced care and services
- Provide dynamic reporting on key performance metrics to various stakeholders in operations clinical services HR and other strategic groups
- Coach assist and share knowledge and expertise to new and existing team members with varying degrees of technical and data expertise
- Oversee Power Automate Processes with Power Apps/ Power BI and Microsoft suites tools
- Drive the culture of continuous improvement through process reviews and enhancements
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in data analytics or data scientist role
- Post-secondary education in Business Engineering Data Science or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of database languages such as SQL Excel and visualization tools such as PowerBI
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interpret and consolidate large amount of information in actionable recommendations
- Flexible to adapt to a dynamic environment and make quick and sound decisions under pressure
- Experience in a healthcare setting would be considered an asset
