This is where you come in. Were on the lookout for our next Data Delivery Lead - someone who brings clarity and structure to evolving environments knows how to create momentum builds great team experiences and brings people on the journey as processes mature. 

The role 

In this newly created role you will provide delivery leadership and excellence across the end-to-end delivery of data related components for Vectors highest priority programmes. Youll drive disciplined end-to-end delivery ensuring clear sequencing crisp execution and an environment where teams are set up to deliver their best work. 

Your work will span major multiyear initiatives including network modernisation enterprise digital programmes ERP transformation and other high impact change efforts. 

In a typical week you will: 

Lead delivery with clarity structure and pace 

• Lead the delivery of data workstreams across planning execution integration and release for major enterprise programmes. 
• Apply the right delivery approach for each initiative - blending agile iterative and traditional methods as needed.
• Keep delivery moving by making risks visible early removing blockers and ensuring nothing drops between teams. 

Create great team experiences & bring people on the journey 

• Build trusted collaborative relationships across digital engineering operations and programme leadership. 
• Foster an environment where teams feel supported prepared and able to operate with confidence. 
• Navigate evolving processes and documentation - knowing when to ask the right questions and when to roll up your sleeves. 

Support delivery excellence across the enterprise 

• Provide structured delivery leadership in complex multivendor environments with competing priorities and interdependencies. 
• Present delivery updates clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders ensuring alignment and shared understanding. 
• Uplift delivery capability across the organisation by mentoring coaching and modelling strong delivery behaviours. 

Who were looking for:

Significant delivery leadership experience 

• Proven background leading largescale digital data or technology transformation programmes. 
• Experience delivering critical systems (e.g. operational technology network systems ERP large digital platforms). 

Proven experience in complex multivendor environments 

• Comfortable delivering where dependencies are high and priorities shift. 
• Skilled at maintaining momentum and steadying delivery teams under pressure. 

Strong delivery discipline 

• Sets clear expectations. 
• Demonstrates strong planning. 
• Manages risk proactively. 
• Holds themselves and others accountable to outcomes.
