Medical Records Coordinator
Hamilton Park Center for Nursing and Rehabilitationis looking for a Medical RecordsCoordinator to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn NY!

Medical Records Coordinator Responsibilities
Assist in organizingplanning and directing the medical records section
Assist in recordingall incidents/accidents
File all records inaccordance with established policies and procedures
Collect assemblecheck and file resident charts and personnel records as required
Assist in admissiontransfer and discharge procedures as necessary
Retrieve medicalrecords when requested by authorized personnel
Perform other relatedduties and responsibilities that may become necessary or appropriate to meetthe administrative needs of the facility
Medical Records Coordinator Requirements
High school diploma orits equivalent
COVID-19 Vaccination
Preferred
Previous experience inhandling medical records
Previous experience ina long-term care facility or other healthcare-related facility
