Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. Experience operating slitter machines is a strong plus but not required.

2nd and 3rd shift available

Responsibilities:

Set up operate and adjust production machinery according to job specifications
Monitor machine performance and product quality during production runs
Perform routine inspections troubleshooting and minor mechanical adjustments
Load raw materials and remove finished products safely and efficiently
Measure and inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
Complete production logs quality documentation and downtime reports
Follow all safety procedures company policies and work instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with supervisors maintenance and quality teams to meet production goals

$18 - $20 an hour
