At Maryhurst our residential programs community-based homes and our outpatient clinical programs all work to serve children in the greatest need. Our residential programs break the cycle of abuse using treatments that restore hope and successfully transition children to more permanent community or family-based settings. Maryhursts community and transitional living programs offer tools that prepare survivors of abuse and neglect for better more hope-filled futures. And lastly the team at Maryhurst Renewal partners with children adults and families who are hurting to find the right combination of support ultimately clearing barriers to success at home at school and in the community. Renewal provides one-on-one group and family counseling in office home or school-based settings.
The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors to Maryhurst and ensuring that security procedures are followed. The Receptionist will handle incoming calls in a friendly and efficient manner routing them to the appropriate people. Maintaining the attractiveness and order of designated areas. The Receptionist ensures general office supplies and equipment are provided or maintained including ordering office supplies business cards and name badges. The Receptionist performs general clerical and word processing duties as requested by supervisor. assist the Chief Operating Officer with specific tasks and special projects.
Position is full time Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:00pm.
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma. At least one years experience as a receptionist or general clerical experience. Familiarization with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications. Basic competency in the use and general maintenance of office equipment.
Starting pay rate: $18.00 per hour
