Location/Division Specific Information:
Responsibilities:
- Assembly and testing of the product to ensure that all required specifications are met.
- Work with Supervisor and Engineers to ensure that quality waste and efficiency are meeting the requirements.
- Troubleshoot faulty products or parts to ensure that all required specifications are met.
- Execute improvement activities on quality and work process efficiency.
- Maintain ISO9001 MDSAP ISO14001 ISO13485 QSR21CFR Part 820 and ISO45001 documentations to ensure conformity. Maintain and upkeep the housekeeping and safety standards in the workplace.
- Train Technicians/ Associate Technicians Manufacturing on product assembly and testing.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Required: Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing operations production lab setting or related field
- Fresh graduates with degree are welcome to apply
- Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
- Preferred: Experience in Mass Spectrometry
Competencies preferred:
- Equipment troubleshooting skills
- Understand ISO requirements
- Coaching skills for On-the-Job Training
Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
- Manufacturing production line - Fully onsite
- Physically fit to lift objects up to 10kg when required
