Enabling teams to follow best practices in project management quality and agile methodologies. The role partners with delivery teams and leadership to improve governance performance and organizational maturity across projects and business units.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project initiation and setup activities ensuring new projects follow defined frameworks standards and tools.
Understand customer processes and requirements and ensure project execution is fully compliant with those expectations.
Tailor organizational processes to fit project needs while maintaining adherence to governance and quality standards.
Guide and coach project teams in the adoption and effective use of agile practices and ceremonies.
Provide hands-on support to team members on project management and configuration management tools.
Plan and conduct project assessments and audits to identify risks gaps and improvement opportunities.
Contribute to organization and business unit level initiatives that enhance delivery capability and process maturity.
Improve the Quality Management System (QMS) by incorporating lessons learned and best practices from ongoing and completed projects.
Support preparation and maintenance of business vertical or practice-level dashboards and management reports.
Drive governance mechanisms for projects including reviews checkpoints and stakeholder reporting.
Analyze project performance data and generate insights that enable value delivery and informed decision-making.
Act as a change management catalyst to scale and industrialize key organizational initiatives across teams.
Tools Skills and Experience
Hands on experience with project lifecycle tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO).
Experience in data engineering analytics and AI techniques to support project metrics reporting and predictive insights.
Strong understanding of configuration management project management practices and delivery governance.
Qualifications and Certifications
Certification or demonstrable knowledge in CMMI or equivalent process maturity frameworks.
Experience working in structured delivery environments with a focus on process improvement quality and governance.
