At Nomagic were on a mission to teach robots the real world. We are looking for a Teach Lead Manager whos ready to deep dive into the hard problems of physical manipulation (trying to match with software the millions of years of development leading to the human hand eye) and at the same time build a healthy team.

We are scaling our team product and operations significantly

Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:

Develop the latest ML methods for end-to-end robot control
Most importantly be the first in the world to deploy these models into a production environment at a large scale
Lead a team of amazing engineers and shape the company culture
Build self-organized well-functioning teams focused on making our robots intelligent and our customers happy
Foster a culture of trust and open feedback disregard for the impossible!

What skills wed like you to have:

7 years of experience in developing machine learning systems
Very good working knowledge and technical capabilities to understand expand and debug deep learning models for computer vision
Drive to see the final outcomes: from proof of concept to productionisation.
Proven leadership experience (although not necessarily as a line manager)
Great problem-solving skills and advanced knowledge of Python
Excellent data analysis problem-solving and communication skills
Fluent communication in English

Nice to have:

Experience in LLM VLM or VLA models
Proficiency in SQL.
