The Opportunity

In this role youll play a key part in strengthening technical capability across all Brandt branches. Youll assess training needs design and deliver engaging learning experiences and ensure our technicians are equipped to safely and efficiently repair maintain and operate heavy equipment.

Youll work closely with service leaders to align training with continuous improvement quality standards health and safety requirements and organisational goalswhile tracking progress and incorporating feedback to continually improve outcomes.

What Youll Be Doing

• Partner with leaders to plan and deliver technician development pathways
• Deliver training as a Certified Dealer Instructor (CDI) or subject-matter expert
• Design and maintain high-quality technical training programs and curriculum
• Develop classroom hands-on and online learning resources
• Evaluate training effectiveness and measure technician competency
• Keep training materials and course outlines current and relevant
• Coordinate training schedules with service managers and supervisors
• Communicate training plans course details and expectations clearly
• Track attendance assessments and results and issue completion certificates
• Liaise with external training providers and industry partners as required

About You

You bring a strong combination of technical knowledge and training capability. You may have:

• A heavy-duty certification with solid hands-on technical experience and/or
• Proven experience delivering technical training or instructional programs

Youll also have:

• John Deere Certified Dealer Instructor status or the willingness to obtain it
• Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience in instructional design and training delivery
• Excellent organisation planning and project management skills
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Flexibility to support training across multiple locations
• A professional mindset with a commitment to safety quality and service excellence
