We are looking for a motivated and driven Salesperson to join our team. This role is crucial for identifying new business opportunities nurturing client relationships and managing the entire sales cycle for our paving services. As our first dedicated salesperson you will have significant autonomy and impact on the companys trajectory.
Qualifications :
- Must possess professional experience in asphalt/concrete paving or comparable industries with similar sales processes and cycles (e.g. construction commercial services).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter with a high degree of motivation and the ability to work independently.
Additional Information :
Compensation
- Structured base salary of $1000 per week.
- Supplemental commissions ranging from 2% to 3% of net revenue.
