Job Summary
A fast-growing behavioral health organization is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee and manage day-to-day departmental operations across both in-person and telehealth services. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth workflows compliance team coordination and operational efficiency. Knowledge of Article 31 is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing daily operations across departments
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
Managing and coordinating teams and workflows
Improving operational systems and efficiency
Supporting both in-person and telehealth service delivery
Reporting on performance and operational metrics
Ideal Qualifications:
Prior operations leadership experience in healthcare
Knowledge of Article 31 preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
Proactive structured and solution-oriented
