A small Buffalo law firm seeks a seasoned Matrimonial Paralegal with extensive family law experience. This role is ideal for a highly experienced professional who values consistency professionalism and providing reliable support to attorneys and clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage attorney calendars and scheduling with strict attention to court deadlines
- E-file legal documents and correspondence via NYSCEF
- Transcribe handwritten notes and correspondence
- Scan organize and save documents in PerfectLaw
- Answer phones and greet clients professionally
- Maintain paper and electronic files from case inception through closure
- Assist with additional administrative and legal support tasks as needed
