We are seeking a newly qualified Software Legal Counsel to support the UK&I and Europe regions. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Senior Legal Counsels in the region
- Providing legal counsel on transactions and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drafting reviewing and negotiating IT-related contracts including software/cloud agreements professional services partnerships and NDAs.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as Deal Desk Revenue Recognition and external counsel.
- Manage litigations and pre-litigations with the support of outside counsels.
- Overseeing compliance matters related to anti-corruption data privacy (GDPR) and export controls.
Qualifications :
- Common law qualified lawyer with none to three years PQE preferably with experience in or an interest in working in an international environment or in software/cloud/SaaS.
- High standards of ethics integrity and professionalism.
- In-house experience a plus.
- Excellent communication organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to balance legal and business priorities in a dynamic global environment.
- Fluent in English; other languages like French Dutch Spanish Portuguese or Polish are a plus.
- Ability to work in a complex international environment.
