COMMERCIAL EXPERTISE
- Take full accountability for the commercial performance and overall success of the store.
- Drive sales and operational performance through effective commercial decision-making.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and business objectives.
- Analyse sales data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and improve KPIs.
TEAM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT
- Lead motivate and inspire a team of Retail Supervisors through clear direction coaching and mentorship.
- Partner closely with the Store Manager acting on feedback and delivering against agreed targets and deadlines.
- Identify high-potential talent within the team and support structured development and progression plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCIES
- Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency quality and full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Utilise business communication tools to manage task completion and ensure teams fully understand key responsibilities.
- Maintain effective wage control on a weekly basis addressing and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage stock movement conduct accurate store audits and uphold visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.

THE REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in driving sales growth improving profitability and effectively managing costs and stock loss.
- A strong track record of internal progression and team development.
- Extensive knowledge of and passion for luxury retail with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
- A minimum of two years leadership experience within a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently at all levels of the business.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
CONTRACT DETAILS
This is a full-time permanent position working 45 hours per week across five days out of seven. The role requires full flexibility including evenings and weekends.
