Job Summary
If you enjoy solving problems building strongrelationshipsand taking pride in the quality of our homes this role could be a great next move. As an Area Repairs Surveyoryoullhelp deliver a high-standard repairs and voids service working closely with teams across Property Operations to support great customer outcomes.
Salary:43300 per year
Contract: 12 monthsfull time
Your week:36.25(Monday Friday9am 5.15pm)
Location:Hybrid weekly presence at the Boston office. (North Lincolnshire patch to cover Grimsby)
Snapshot of your role

Deliver a responsive repairs and voids service that meetsAmpliusstandards and supports a positive customer experience.

Oversee the quality of works completed in customers homes ensuring consistencysafetyand value for money.

Manage a defined portfolio of homes taking ownership of their overall condition performance and planned works.

Monitor and improve stock performance using data and insight to inform decisions andmaintainhigh standards.

Champion strong cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth service delivery and shared accountability.

Promote a proactive high-performance culture that supports continuous improvement across the service.

Maintainhigh levelsof customer satisfaction contributing to positive Tenant Satisfaction Measures throughtimely efficient repairs.

Participate in the emergency call-out rota and manage Amplius out of hours emergency service
Whatwerelooking for

A building-related qualification or relevant practical experience.

Strong working knowledge of buildingscomponentsand common defects.

Solid understanding of housing repairs and maintenance processes.

A customer-focused approach with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.
A fullUKdriving license is essential for this role.
