The role and what you take care of:

Magna is offering an excellent opportunity for a skilled and customer-oriented Carpenter to join our this position you willbe responsible forthe planned installation of kitchens and bathrooms as well as performing related tasks within our customers homes. As part of our team you will collaborate with dedicated professionals who are committed to providing outstanding customer service and upholding our companys core values and standards of excellence.

• To carry out Carpentry and other trade related skilled works such as GPR flat roofing UVPC window repairs and fitting Composite door fitting floor laying (Sheet & Tile).
• Conduct a thorough assessment and systematically document all specific replacement requirements with accuracy and detail.
• Follow established procedures and ensure all required documentation is completed and recorded accurately using Magnas electronic iPad system.
• Deliver andfacilitatea customer-focused repair and replacement service for both vacant and occupied properties.
• The Carpenter may be asked to carry out other duties which are broadly consistent with those detailed in the RoleProfile including takingpart in the Out of Hours rota(Once in every twelve weeks).AcomprehensiveRole Profile is attached to this advert.

What you need to be successful:

• Comprehensive and certified knowledge of Carpentry and related will excel as a team player additionallydemonstratingindependent problem-solving skills and the ability to work without supervision.
• Tocomply withand promote Magnas Equality and Diversity Data Protection and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Basic IT competency and willingness to use IT equipment asrequired The role involves using an iPad for recording and task execution.
• We are looking for knowledgeable courteous and approachable individuals who are enthusiastic about learning andoperatingour equipment and systems. Candidates should be dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and embodying Magnas Purpose.
• City & Guilds/NVQ level2or equivalent with a minimum of one year post qualification experience.
