Rate of Pay: 21.14 - 28.28 per hour
Summary:
An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Carpenter to join the Housing Property Services team. The role involves delivering high-quality carpentry repairs and maintenance across tenanted and void properties ensuring homes are safe well-maintained and meet excellent customer service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out carpentry repairs and associated trade works to domestic properties
- Complete responsive planned empty homes and capital repairs
- Plan and organise workload to meet service targets and appointments
- Use PDA/mobile systems to record work completed and materials used
- Maintain tools equipment and company vehicle responsibly
Qualifications:
- Recognised C&G Apprenticeship in Carpentry NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
- Multi-skills training to minimum NVQ Level 3 or willingness to undertake training
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering high-quality carpentry in domestic properties
- Good knowledge of construction health & safety practices
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Clean UK driving licence

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires an Enhanced DBS
