In this role you will work closely with different SIXT technology departments and the Franchise Operations Management team which manages more than 100 global SIXT Franchisees. You are the first point of contact for user questions from our International Franchisees and ensure the daily functioning of our rental software. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You are the First Level support for our International and globally operating Franchisees and always answer incoming enquiries (regarding various software applications)
- You form the interface between our Franchisees and our IT departments in order to ensure a system-compliant use of our SIXT rental software.
- You are responsible for a wide range of requests from our Franchise partners such as vehicle or user setup change requests error analyses and much more.
- You process the incoming tickets on time and prioritize them correctly
- You support in testing to ensure smooth operations across different SIXT systems
- You coordinate internal and external stakeholders in relation to change requests and error analyses
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Technical Skills You have experience in the helpdesk or customer service area as well as in relevant IT applications (MS Office etc.). It is beneficial if you have already worked with a ticket system (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Trouble Shooting You stay calm when analyzing problems and work accurately to solve them as soon as possible in close coordination with your colleagues
- Language You have a good command of written and spoken English as you deal with more than 100 global Franchisees
- International You enjoy working with International partners have a very good reading comprehension and strong communication skills!
