Documentation Specialist

For our team in Leiden we are looking for a Documentation Specialist. As a Documentation Specialist you will be part of our decommissioning team in Leiden. 
Tasks and responsibilities: 

• Support the decommissioning of a pilot plant facility.
• Write edit and format technical and operational documentation including SOPs work instructions manuals and templates.
• Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and translate complex concepts into clear documentation.
• Manage documentation within controlled systems (e.g. DMS QMS).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies especially within a GMP environment.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in biotechnology biochemistry biomedicine process technology (or equivalent).
• Starter/ 1-2 years relevant work experience in a biotechnology or biopharmaceutical industry environment.
• Experience in a quality or GMP role in a cGMP environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills. Dutch and English (Spoken/written); Daily communication language on location is English.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to strive in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Flexible and able to prioritize well.
• Accurate and attention to detail.
