Execute corrective maintenance activities with safety efficiency and a sense of urgency ensuring the implementation of action plans to avoid their recurrence.

Ensure that all mechanical maintenance equipment related to services have preventive and/or predictive maintenance plans as well as their execution

Fire fighting system emergency plants boilers drinking water tanks and the fire fighting system.

Manage and execute site requirements in production lines workshops laboratories and buildings for total customer satisfaction through the defined contractor suppliers including the management of their handling.

Ensure the correct operation of all service equipment 24/7 365. - Fire fighting system emergency plants drinking water system sewage systems kitchen equipment.

Manage regulatory procedures with the companys insurer in order to guarantee compliance with all requirements established by the company and by current legal regulations.

Ensure compliance with the opinions before the labor secretariat for pressure vessels natural gas and LP gas. Carry out the planning development and implementation of maintenance projects for the mechanical area according to the responsibilities of the role.
