The team is tasked to deliver new projects driven by customer requirements modifications/enhancements to existing areas of the applications/products bespoke solutions directly to specific clients and support & maintenance either through bug fixing or working with the Customer Management.
Qualification Criteria/Work Experience
Essential:
- Ability to translate LLD into code and able to write Unit Test Cases.
- Should have strong Analytical Skill and problem-solving skills
- A proven track record of taking ownership of technical issues/assignments and delivering solutions through to conclusion
- Producing code to the specification within agreed estimates and timescales
- Is able to do understand Impact of code in relevant modules.
- Experience of XML HTML and HTML DB experience.
- Experience working in a product environment.

Overall Project/Task description
- Production of Quality Code by team members including
- Producing code to the specification within agreed estimates and timescales
- Following current quality standards and procedures
- Ensure his/her own work is peer reviewed
- Carrying out peer reviews
- Carrying out Unit Tests
- Liaising with Testing and Product to resolve simple issues
- Escalating other issues to the Team Lead/Project Manager in a timely manner

- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members located elsewhere within the UK and India
- Demonstrate an enthusiastic and pro-active approach to software development
- The ability to pro-actively suggest and implement process improvements that enhance the performance productivity and morale of the team
