- Supports the Guest Experience Manager and ensure Japanese speaking and VIP guests experience meets expectations from pre-arrival to departure.
- Prepares for the Japanese speaking arrivals and take care of the special arrangements/requests.
- Facilitates the in-room check-in of Japanese speaking guests and guests with transfer-in.
- Monitors Japanese speaking arrivals in-house and departures and offer assistance through the duration of their stay.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
- Fluency in Japanese language (reading writing and speaking). Knowledge of Japanese culture and customs is an asset.
- Service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
