Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Automation & Performance Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in test automation and performance testing while working on real large-scale production systems.
What Youll Do:
- Design develop and maintain automated test suites
- Execute performance load and stress tests to evaluate system scalability and reliability
- Analyze test results identify performance bottlenecks and clearly communicate findings
- Collaborate closely with developers QA engineers and DevOps teams across multiple groups
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and quality gates to ensure high product quality

Qualifications :
- 12 years of experience in automation development and/or performance testing
- Strong passion for programming especially in Python
- Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitHub Artifactory and similar platforms
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools (e.g. Playwright PyTest)
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter LoadRunner or similar)
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn and grow
