Job Summary
Hear ye hear ye! My client seeks a skilled Systems Support Analysta master of logic data and defensive troubleshootingto safeguard their systems from bugs breakdowns and dark (technical) forces.
If you possess at least three years of experience command SQL like a practiced spell and can restore order when systems fall into chaos then your talents may be exactly what we seek.

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Systems Support Analyst Application Support Analyst or similar role
Strong SQL experience including complex queries joins and data investigation
Proven ability to support enterprise systems and databases
Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management rituals
Sharp analytical mind calm under pressure and excellent communication skills
