What Youll Do
As a Senior E-commerce Specialist you will oversee the daily operations of our online store manage product listings optimize user experience and ensure seamless order processing through Mind Games websites. Youll also work closely with our finance and warehouse teams to align inventory pricing and reporting through NetSuite.
- ManageandmaintaintheWooCommerceplatform:productuploadspricinginventorysyncpluginintegrations
- Oversee NetSuite workflows related to e-commerce: order flow inventory updates reporting and reconciliation
- Monitor site performance troubleshoot errors and coordinate with developers for technicalfixes
- Collaboratewithmarketingtolaunchpromotionsbannersandseasonalcampaigns
- Analyzesalesdataconversionratesandcustomerbehaviortoinformstrategy
- Ensureaccurateorderflowfulfillmentcoordinationandcustomercommunication
- ImplementSEObestpracticesandoptimizeproductpagesfordiscoverability
- Maintaincompliancewithtaxshippingandprivacyregulationsacrossprovinces
- Providedailytaskupdatesandend-of-daycompletionreportstoseniorleadership
WhatYouBring
- 4 years of experience managing WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms
- Hands on experience with NetSuite especially in inventory order management and reporting modules
- StrongunderstandingofWordPresspluginsandintegrations()
- ExperiencewithGoogleAnalyticsMetaAdsandemailmarketingplatforms
- Detail-orientedwithstrongorganizationalandtimemanagementskills
- Excellentcommunicationandcross-functionalcollaborationabilities
- FamiliaritywithCanadianretailcomplianceandbilingualcommunication(English/Farsi)isaplus
- AdvancedExcel/GoogleSheetsskillsandstronganalyticalcapabilities
- Detail-orientedwiththeabilitytojugglemultipletasksanddeadlines
