We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage local sourcing and supplier integration for commodities requiring in-depth local knowledge. This role ensures operational efficiency cost optimization and compliance while supporting our outsourcing strategy.

Key Responsabilities:

Procurement & Buying: Achieve purchasing goals manage vendor negotiations and support sourcing strategies.
Contract Management: Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers ensuring compliance with established plans.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze cost drivers market trends and prepare accurate reports.
Supplier Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Process Optimization: Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational compliance.

Requirements

Education: Degree in Business Engineering or related field.
Experience: 13 years in procurement or supply chain roles.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP QAD).
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Negotiation and contract management expertise.
- English proficiency (Advanced level).
