To ensure the timely procurement of materials equipment and services required for projects guaranteeing compliance with technical specifications budget delivery schedules and contractual conditions through effective supplier management and strategic negotiations.

Requirements
- Procurement processes: RFQs RFPs purchase orders contracts.
- Ability to interpret drawings BOMs (Bill of Materials) and technical specifications.
- Supply chain and logistics knowledge (lead time incoterms transportation).
- Cost analysis pricing evaluation and technical-commercial comparisons.
- ERP systems (SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
- English proficiency.
