Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) is seeking a Senior Program Manager tomanage an international product area within the Radio Frequency Solutions (ARS) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU). This position will manage the sustainment of a portfolio of radar systems through all phases of the program life cycle from proposal through execution to closure.

What You Will Do

Provideleadership direction and implementationmanagementwhile working withUS and international teams
Supportall phases of the program life cycle from proposal throughimplementationto closure
Workcloselywith aircraft manufacturers US and international government representatives and in country business partners
Set program priorities resolve conflicts and barriers implement gates and major reviews with thecustomer
Managecost schedule scope operational security andcustomerinterface activities
Coordinate and comply with applicable Export/Import regulations asrequired
Travel up to 20% to participate in domestic and international business engagements with customers partners and teammates

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience in program management or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
Program or project management experience
Experience with managing cost schedule and performance with use of program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Integrated Master Plan (IMP) Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Risk and Opportunity Management or similar business processes
Experience with sustainment programs
Experienceleadingcross-functionalteams

Qualifications We Prefer

Program Management Level 5 Certification or ability to obtain within one year
Experienceworking Performance Based Logistics military sustainment programs

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) an agency of the Department of Defense handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 132400 USD - 251600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
