The function
In your role as a Graduate Sales Consultant you will be part of our ambitious and rapidly growing sales team based in London. Our sales team convert leads to sales opportunities advise potential clients to develop solar energy solutions for them and manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish. You will be working with a team that is mission driven and determined to make affordable carbon-neutral and decentralised energy solutions available to everyone.
Your impact
You will use your consultative pre-sales skills to convince warm leads - people who actively show an interest in our products - to book appointments to make Soly their preferred solar energy supplier and contribute to the growth of our new UK business.
You will conduct video consultations with potential customers and build personal customer relationships with future-Solyans.

You will provide clients with customised solutions that allow them to save costs be part of the green energy transition and maximise the benefits of our solar energy system.
By building up and growing your own customer base you will make a significant contribution to a more sustainable UK.
Your profile
A recent graduate with a degree in any field your enthusiasm and ambition matter more than your area of study.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly and confidently.
A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
Passionate about sustainability and excited to be part of the renewable energy revolution.
Eager to learn grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
No previous sales experience required but a keen interest in building a career in sales is essential.
Your hours
Monday - Friday
Two weekend days per month
