GenAI Solution Lead / Generative AI Delivery Lead
This is a high-impact role combining hands-on technical leadership (60%) with product and delivery ownership (40%). You will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to design govern and deliver scalable secure and responsible Generative AI solutions that support enterprise-wide digital transformation.
What Youll Be Doing
Technical Leadership (60%)
Provide technical oversight for Generative AI solutions including architecture scalability security and code quality reviews.
Define and enforce Responsible & Ethical AI design principles including prompt engineering standards testing frameworks and risk controls.
Perform solution-level and code-level architecture reviews for new and existing GenAI and full-stack platforms.
Contribute to regional and global engineering standards tools and frameworks related to Generative AI and modern software development.
Establish and track GenAI-specific quality assurance metrics communicating outcomes to business and technology stakeholders.
Product & Delivery Leadership (40%)
Act as a regional GenAI subject-matter expert coaching product and engineering teams on best practices prompt engineering and AI risk mitigation.
Support evaluation and selection of external vendors and technology partners for Generative AI capabilities.
Own end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions ensuring timelines quality and risk management are met.
Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI AI/ML and full-stack engineering applying insights to continuously improve delivery practices.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Data Science Information Technology or a related field.
Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience delivering Generative AI solutions (e.g. LLM APIs prompt engineering LLM operations).
Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript or Python with experience using LLM frameworks such as LangChain or similar.
Experience working in a DevOps environment including Git-based workflows CI/CD pipelines and code reviews.
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Experience mentoring and coaching engineers and product teams.
Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional regional languages are a plus.
Nice to Have
Cloud certifications (AWS Azure or equivalent).
Agile or Scrum certifications (CSM PSM etc.).
Experience contributing to enterprise AI governance or engineering standards.
