HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Youll be responsible for conducting daily attendance checks and managing the campers relevant attendance and health information.
  • Assist our instructors with the preparation of materials for the days activities ensuring everything is ready for a smooth and engaging learning experience.
  • Help with clean-up activities to maintain our campers neat and organized environment.
  • During breaks and lunch youll oversee the children ensuring their safety and helping to facilitate their social interactions.
  • Assist the instructor in leading groups through the museum and on field trips making each journey an educational adventure.
  • Actively facilitate various childrens activities helping make each camp day fun and educational.
  • Always exhibit positive behaviour setting a good example for the campers to follow.
  • Always interact in a friendly and courteous manner with both caregivers and children fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.


WHAT YOU BRING

  • You should have at least one year of experience working with children in a learning environment like a school or camp. Also you should be great at working as part of a team.
  • You must be at least 16 when you start working with us.
  • If youve studied something related to museums like Art Archaeology Life Sciences Earth Science or History thats a big plus.
  • If you have coaching or lifeguard certification thats a bonus.
  • Being certified in First Aid or CPR is an advantage.


SALARY & TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • START DATE: February 22 2026
  • END DATE: March 22 2026

  • HOURLY RATE:$17.20
