SAP Functional Analyst (MM SD / IS-OIL) 12-Month Contract

Location: Bangkok (On-site as required)

Contract Duration: 12 months (extendable)

Overview

We are hiring a SAP Functional Analyst (MM SD / IS-OIL) to support an ongoing SAP program covering both project delivery/enhancements and day-to-day production support. This role will work closely with business stakeholders developers and cross-functional teams to ensure stable operations and successful delivery of system improvements and rollout activities.

Key Responsibilities

Project / Enhancement Delivery

• Support business process design requirement gathering and analysis to create functional solutions and process blueprints
• Design configure and optimize SAP solutions including enhancements and customization
• Produce functional specifications for reports interfaces conversions enhancements workflows and forms
• Coordinate with developers integration teams and business users across related functions
• Support multiple testing phases (SIT/UAT/Regression) and defect resolution
• Train key users and end users as needed
• Develop project documentation including configuration documents test scripts user guides and training materials
• Perform go-live readiness activities checks and controls
• Provide go-live and post go-live hypercare support

Day-to-Day Support / Issue Resolution

• Provide application support in SAP Logistics (SD MM / IS-OIL) including interfaces with core systems
• Investigate incidents identify root cause propose solutions and implement functional fixes/improvements
• Use SAP expertise to identify enhancement opportunities and drive continuous improvement

Requirements (SD / IS-OIL)

• 510 years of experience in SAP SD / IS-OIL
• Minimum 2 full cycle implementations (SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA)
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical mindset service mindset and ability to work in a team environment
• Background in Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA TSW SAP PI/PO is an advantage
• Ability to understand/debug ABAP is an advantage

Requirements (MM / IS-OIL)

• 37 years of experience in SAP MM / IS-OIL
• Minimum 12 full cycle implementations (SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA)
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical mindset service mindset and ability to work in a team environment
• Background in Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA TSW SAP PI/PO is an advantage
• Ability to understand/debug ABAP is an advantage
