Were looking for an experienced Remuneration & Rewards professional to play a pivotal role in designing and delivering reward strategies that attract retain and motivate our people while standing up to scrutiny and governance expectations.
The Opportunity
In this influential role youll be the subjectmatter expert for remuneration and reward providing strategic advice and practical solutions across fixed and variable pay performance frameworks and reward governance.
Youll work closely with senior leaders People & Culture colleagues and key stakeholders to ensure our reward practices are commercial equitable compliant and aligned to organisational purpose.
This is a role with real impact where your work directly supports organisational performance and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development review and implementation of remuneration and reward frameworks
- Provide expert advice on job architecture role evaluation and remuneration benchmarking
- Manage annual remuneration review processes including salary reviews incentives and related governance
- Partner with senior leaders on reward decisions offering clear datadriven insights
- Ensure remuneration practices align with governance risk compliance and regulatory expectations
- Prepare highquality papers and insights for executive and boardlevel consideration
- Analyse remuneration data and trends to inform strategic decisionmaking
- Contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives where reward intersects with performance capability and engagement
This is initially a 12-month contract.

Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience in remuneration and rewards within a complex or regulated environment
- Strong technical capability across job evaluation benchmarking and remuneration frameworks
- Ability to translate complex data into clear credible and practical advice
- A confident communicator who can influence and build trust with senior stakeholders
- High levels of integrity discretion and sound judgement
- A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in creating fair and sustainable reward outcomes
