About you
The successful applicant will have experience in leading and coordinating program delivery with a particular focus on reporting and the implementation of continuous improvement in systems and processes and strategic business planning. You must exhibit strong communication skills and be confident liaising with diverse stakeholder groups at all levels. You will be committed to delivering results quality outcomes and excellent customer service. You will be required to build strong relationships across government agencies and other key stakeholders and bring a collaborative approach to information sharing proactive planning and effective development of key projects as well as range of approval processes. The ability to manage multiple competing priorities whilst delivering within timeframes is essential. Experience in change management would also be advantageous.
About the role
As a Senior Programs Coordinator Assessments you will provide program support to the Assessments Branch as a key member of the Program Support Community of Practice. The role is also part of the Assessments Senior Leadership Team and plays a critical role in the management of the day-to-day business priorities of the branch leads the reporting of the Assessments Branchs performance in relation to heritage approvals to peak bodies and Senior Executive. The role will also take a lead role is coordinating the Assessment Branchs involvement in collaborative strategic and continuous improvement and business planning project across Heritage NSW.
