We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Specialist you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our companys database. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and will report directly to the Data Entry Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update data into our companys database

- Verify the accuracy of data and make necessary corrections

- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files

- Communicate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry

- Follow data entry procedures and guidelines

- Identify and report any errors or discrepancies in data

- Keep track of progress and report to the Data Entry Manager

- Adhere to confidentiality and security policies to protect sensitive information

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role

- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with real estate terminology is a plus
