As a Product Manager you will be responsible for managing the development launch and ongoing support of our online training products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including content creators developers and customer support to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on market research customer feedback and business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps and timelines
- Communicate product vision and updates to internal stakeholders and external customers
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Work closely with content creators to ensure the development of engaging and effective training materials
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product features
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement product launch plans including marketing and sales strategies
- Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams and external customers on product features and updates
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- 3 years of experience in product management preferably in the e-learning or healthcare industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
