Position Overview
We are seeking motivated detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Vacation Specialists. In this role you will assist clients with researching planning and booking customized vacations from tropical beach escapes to international adventures all while working remotely with a flexible schedule.
This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others have strong communication skills and want to build a career in the travel industry with training and ongoing support provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with vacation planning including flights accommodations cruises tours and excursions
Provide destination insights recommendations and travel guidance
Communicate with clients via phone email and online platforms
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Stay informed on travel trends promotions and supplier offerings
Coordinate bookings and confirmations with travel partners
Maintain accurate client records and booking details
Qualifications
Passion for travel and helping others plan meaningful experiences
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic computer and internet proficiency
Must be at least 18 years old
Must reside in the U.S. U.K. or another qualifying region
No prior travel industry experience required training and certification provided
