Need Strong profile as ServiceNow Solution Architect with 10yrs IT exp

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture design on the ServiceNow platform

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Design solutions across modules such as:

ITSM (IT Service Management)
ITOM (IT Operations Management)
ITAM (IT Asset Management)

Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs

Ensure platform governance security and performance optimization

Provide technical leadership to developers and administrators

Conduct code reviews and enforce ServiceNow best practices

Manage upgrades and instance strategy

Work closely with stakeholders business teams and project managers

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development & architecture

Experience on design solutions across modules such as:

ITSM (IT Service Management)/ ITOM (IT Operations Management)/ ITAM (IT Asset Management)

Strong knowledge of:

ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts)
Flow Designer
Integration Hub
CMDB & Discovery

Experience with REST/SOAP integrations

Good understanding of JavaScript

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)

Knowledge of ITIL framework

Certifications (Preferred)
