Job Summary

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our sales and marketing team. As a Telemarketing Executive you will play a crucial role in generating leads building client relationships and promoting our products or services over the phone. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers understanding their needs and persuading them to engage with our company.

What Will You Do:

Make outbound calls to potential customers introducing them to our products or services.
Develop a strong understanding of the companys products or services and effectively communicate their benefits.
Maintain a database of leads and update customer information accurately.
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide accurate and detailed information about our products or services to interested customers.
Handle customer objections and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Continuously improve sales skills through training and self-development.

What Makes You A Good Fit:

Minimum SPM is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malay and English.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
Exceptional listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions.
Good organizational skills to manage lead databases effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Adaptability and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
Positive attitude enthusiasm and a desire to learn and grow in a sales role.
