Job Responsibilities

Issue purchase orders based on material planning and production requirements
Follow up on material requirement planning (MRP) and nested material demand; handle new material sourcing quotation collection and price comparison
Confirm material specifications pricing quantities and delivery schedules with suppliers before order placement
Track and expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials
Coordinate with suppliers to adjust delivery schedules in response to production plan changes
Address delivery delays caused by suppliers and coordinate with internal R&D or engineering teams for technical support when required
Coordinate and resolve incoming material quality issues including supplier communication and corrective actions
Perform purchasing-related accounting tasks based on actual material deliveries
Prepare advance payment requests in accordance with material requirements
Conduct monthly supplier reconciliation and prepare payment application documents
Organize maintain and archive all purchasing-related documentation and records
Maintain effective supplier relationships to ensure stable supply and continuous improvement

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Purchasing Electronics Engineering or a related field
Basic knowledge of electronic components materials and principles
2-3 years experiences in purchasing material planning or supply chain functions preferably in a manufacturing or electronics environment
Familiar with procurement processes delivery schedule management and supplier coordination
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP system experience is an advantage
