Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive Remote Business Development & Lead Generation Support Specialist to support a Europe-based pharma and biotech business development professional. The role focuses on lead research outreach support and light business developmentrelated administrative tasks. This position is fully remote and best suited for someone who can independently identify high-quality prospects apply sound judgment to qualify leads and work efficiently using modern tools and AI.
Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential leads in the pharma biotech CRO and CDMO sectors using LinkedIn company websites and relevant databases

Qualify leads based on defined criteria such as role company profile and strategic relevance
-
Draft and manage email and LinkedIn outreach including follow-ups and basic relationship nurturing

Schedule introductory calls when prospects express interest

Maintain and update lead lists in Google Sheets or CRM tools
-
Provide weekly updates on lead pipeline and outreach progress
-
Use AI tools to accelerate research summarization and message drafting
-
Support light administrative tasks related to business development as needed
Requirements

12 years of experience in lead generation sales support business development support or similar roles
-
Strong written and spoken business English

Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator email tools and Google Workspace

Experience with lead generation tools such as Apollo or similar platforms
-
Basic experience using AI tools for research or outreach support
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently take initiative and handle confidential information responsibly

Bachelors degree required; advanced degree is a plus
