Job Summary
- Lead coach and oversee Area Managers and regional teams to achieve business growth and portfolio quality targets.
- Develop and execute SME financing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Drive expansion of SME lending through strong market insights partnerships and distribution networks.
- Ensure credit quality risk management and portfolio performance are well maintained.
- Build a strong performance culture with clear KPIs accountability and leadership development.
- Collaborate closely with Credit Risk Operations and Product teams to scale sustainably.
Requirements
- Minimum 1015 years of experience in SME Banking.
- Proven experience leading Area Managers orRegional Heads across multiple regions.
- Strong knowledge of SME market dynamics in Indonesia including secured and/or productive lending.
- Demonstrated leadership execution and people development skills.
- Extensive network within SME ecosystem (entrepreneurs dealers agents partners or local business communities).
- Strong analytical decision-making and communication skills.
