About the Role
Were looking for a compassionate and capable Casual Registered Nurse to support residents at The Gracewood Centre with highquality clinical care. Youll respond to changes in resident wellbeing provide guidance to care staff and help create a safe supportive environment where residents feel valued and understood. This casual role offers flexibility while still giving you the chance to make a meaningful difference every shift.
About the Team
Youll be part of a warm collaborative team at The Gracewood Centre our vibrant residential aged care home nestled within The Gracewood Community in Kellyville. The Centre is known for its welcoming atmosphere strong sense of connection and commitment to creating a place residents truly feel at home.
Through our MyTeam model youll partner with a consistent group of residents allowing you to build genuine relationships and deliver care that honours their stories preferences and needs. Youll be supported by leaders who value teamwork open communication and a shared passion for delivering exceptional care.

About You
To be successful you will have:
Minimum two years experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care
Current AHPRA registration
Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
Experience supervising or guiding care teams
Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
Alignment with BaptistCares values
Availability to work PM and night shifts
